1. Browse to the work opportunity under the ‘Work’ tab to examine the requirements and any attachments

2. Click ‘Place A Bid’

3. Enter your bid price, type a supporting message and attach any documents such as CV and certification

4. You will receive an email confirming your bid with links to access the work posting details

5. Once the company makes a decision, you will receive an email confirming your bid has been successful or unsuccessful

6. Good luck!

1. Find your mine site or work location for the required work and click on ‘Place Work’

2. Confirm the project name is correct

3. Enter your internal reference number and the role name by typing the first few letters and select from the pre-filled options

4. Choose a start and finish date for the work to take place

5. Type a description for the work requirements. The more detail you can include the better! Attach any supporting files or documents to elaborate on the work opportunity.

6. Click ‘Place’ and your work opportunity will go live to Mineler’s membership of skilled mining workers

7. You will receive a confirmation email with links to access your work posting at a later date

8. If you need to make any changes, click on Edit Work. You can also remove your placement if needed.

9. As bids are placed, they will be listed with details from the bidder and their nominated price.

10. Just click ‘Accept’ on your preferred Bid and get started!

1. To get started, open www.mineler.com/signup and select ‘Company’

2. Enter your Company’s name, email and country. Please note, it is important you enter a valid email as we will send you a confirmation email.

3. Once logged in, click on your company’s name in the top right corner and then click profile

4. Look professional by uploading your Company’s logo or photo. Click on the placeholder (blank) image, then click Browse to find the logo file on your computer. JPG, PNG and GIF files are accepted and a square/circle orientation looks best.

5. Enter a description about your Company. Provide a little background story about what your Company does, the products and services it offers.

Now you can start exploring your world of opportunity, visit mining pins, enter your Company’s on-site work experience and post work opportunities.

Sharing to other social networks is easy:

1. Click on the update or work opportunity you want to share

2. Click on the share icon

3. Select a social network to share on (Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn / Google+)

4. A confirmation pop-up will display from your chosen social network. If you are already logged on, you can make changes and post straight away.

5. Click ‘Share’ and you’re done!

You can also share a direct link to any update, mine site (pin), person or work opportunity. Just browse to the item you want to share on Mineler and copy the unique URL in the broswer’s URL bar. Then paste the copied URL anywhere you like – into an email, social media post or message.

Would you like to see your Network and the people you’re connected to, but aren’t sure how to do it?

If the answer is “Yes”, there are 3 ways you can achieve this:

1) Click ‘People’ on the dashboard

2) or Click on the icon + in the top bar

3) or type a name in the search box

Do you often need to match or find information about some of the people from your network?

If the answer is “Yes”, you could mark/label these people as your favourite(s) and then work with the information later on:

1) Click ‘People’ on the dashboard  and ‘People’ in the top bar OR simply click X

2) To make people in your network favourites, click on the”stars” next to their profiles

3) In the top bar you can turn map information about a particular person ON or OFF

4) By clicking on a particular pin you will display information related to your favourite(s)

In order to remove a favourite, hover over the favorite and click on X to remove.
You could also repeat steps 1) and 2) in order to deactivate favorite user(s)

Has your ‘Skills’ information become obsolete or outdated due to a change in your job role, career growth, or some other reason?

Is there a skill you have mentioned under your profile that is irrelevant to a job position you are seeking?

In other words; do you have new skills that need to be listed, or do you have some skills that no longer need to be listed?

If you answered “Yes” to any of the above questions, please follow our instructions below:

1. Click on the dashboard Experience

2. Click and select My Experience

3. Remove my experience

4. Confirm the action by clicking on “YES”

If you have not received an email in your inbox, check your spam folder or use the Forgot Password link on Mineler:

Make sure that you finalise your Mineler profile by either clicking on the link provided OR by copying and pasting it into a browser window:

You will be redirected to a Mineler screen requesting for a new password to continue.

Once you have confirmed your new password, you can continue using the Mineler app.

In order to protect what you want others to see from your profile adjust your privacy settings:

Click your name at the top right of  the screen.

Select Profile.

Click on the Privacy Settings.

Privacy panel will visualise and you can set:

1. People outside your network can find your profile.

2. Who can see your contact details

3. Who can see your address

Click SAVE and your profile privacy is now set up!
